The Tomatis Method (systemic listening therapy) is a psychopedagogical training.
1. anamnesis / first interview Recording your needs 2. hearing thresholds and sound perception test 3. systemic hearing therapy
Basic program
Systemic hearing therapy is scheduled for 12 days of 2 hours daily (except Saturday and Sunday):
Children should be accompanied by their parents, i.e. ideally one parent should be allowed to participate in a Systemic Listening Therapy with their child/adolescent free of charge. However, accompanying persons of children/adolescents receive a different type of hearing therapy. Experience has shown that the intensity of time makes it necessary to improve the perception of hearing and sound.
4-8 weeks after the basic program, systemic hearing therapy of 8 days of 2 hours each is also planned. - Following this, it is advisable to carry out another hearing threshold and sound perception test. This can be used to verify and show in which frequency range the hearing and sound perception was improved in order to measure developments and progress.
Subsequent programme 2
4-8 weeks after Follow-up Program 1, a follow-up program is possible as desired, as in Follow-up Program 1 with a final hearing threshold and sound perception test.
The number of further hearing therapies depends on the original question and the needs of the individual.
